This fellow was fleeing from the police for armed robbery in Michigan.
As a means of evading the police officers he hid in the snow ... for two hours!
He eventually was forced to turn himself in with sever frost bite and pneumonia.
Shortly after his lawyer arrived at the hospital a law suit was filed against the police department for mal-performance.
His argument: If the police had done their job better he would have been caught a lot sooner and would not have gotten frostbite and pneumonia.
